The century old villa has been renovated following the principles of ecological design and eco-building, respecting the surrounding natural environment and implementing the urban decor of the past!
The renovation was carried out by using only natural materials: nothing chemical! You will find great larch beams across our ceilings, solid wooden doors manufactured and treated with natural products, and stone walls typical of this area.
The structure is energetically autonomous and completely environment-friendly: it is an authentic return to nature, health and old traditions, but without overshadowing pleasure and comfort!
