The agricultural land which surrounds the farmhouse has been certified organic since 2008.

The owners cultivate only with traditional methods; they produce legumes, cereals, honey, cured meats, vegetables, various fruits, Verdicchio wine, Rosso Conero and Rosso Piceno, cold-pressed olive oil. They also raise animals of low court with cereals produced by the same farm.

The cooked wine, the wine of sour cherries, the passito of Verdicchio, the brut sparkling wines of Verdicchio and demi sec of Lacrima di Morro d'Alba and the Vernaccia of Serrapetrona... are some of the products that, along with cold cuts, local cheeses, olive oil, wine and honey, guests can buy in small quantities.
