Farm Holiday House

The age-old farmhouse is situated at the centre of the Marches. It is at equal distance from the most important destinations of the Region, between Mount Conero (572 metres), which falls sheer to the Adriatic Sea, and Mount San Vicino (1479 metres). The property is plunged in the heart of the “Balcon of the Marches”. This is how the town of Cingoli is called because of its elevated position from which it is possible to enjoy the view of great part of the regional territory, up to the mountains of the Maiella and the Dalmatian coasts.

“I Mori” is located on a hill at 256 metres above sea level. The facility was renovated in 2005 according to Green Building standards, which means that the natural materials of the old building were reused without any trace of chemical or synthetic substances. The property is surrounded by oaks and mulberry trees (called “mori” in Italian). This is where the Farm Holiday House takes its name from.
